Pile shuttering

Piles are used to produce sound foundations in poor subsoil conditions.

Piles are either produced on stationary shuttering tables or on circulation systems. They can be produced from loose reinforced concrete or prestressed concrete. Piles are generally produced in various adjacent formwork pipes, whereby the dimensions of the concrete pile can be freely adjusted to match any size.

Self-stressing formwork is used for the production of prestressed piles. The tip of the pile is formed with a magnetically fixed formwork mould that can be opened upward to simplify the demoulding process. Filling, compacting and levelling of the concrete is done with a concrete spreader.
