Weckenmann has tasked the students to work in-house on a project for organisational development. Through interviews and workshops relevant topics are discussed and presented to the Board.

CEO Wolfgang Weckenmann and Vanessa Herre, executive assistant and responsible for the project, praise the very constructive and trusting cooperation with the student project team: “Practical relevance has always been a high priority at the ESB Business School. We are pleased that we can contribute to this with this cooperation and this company project. The project has already started successfully and we get valuable information from the student consulting teams for further development of our organisation at Weckenmann.”
