For the shuttering, a Weckenmann TWIN-Z shuttering robot has been implemented.
The performance benefits of operating this maschine are decisive, therefore the cycle times are 60% lower than with a conventional shuttering robot. Throught the patented double-z-axis (TWIN Z), even large and heavy shuttering profiles can be positioned safely.
Activatable magnets integrated into the shuttering robot are activated during placement of the profiles and can be deactivated through the robot during demoulding.
The weight-optimized design of the axis is very easy to assemble.Through the stiff drive axis the commissioning and erection time is reduzed by 50%.
The close proximity of the plant permits a quick and complete transport and installation after a successfull test.
